Refund & Returns Policy

There is a refund period of 7 days if the reason for the return is:

  • Complete shipment arrives broken or damaged
  • Product does not match with the key description
  • Product is sent in the wrong item or quantity

In the above cases, you will never be asked to pay any hidden penalty fees, surcharges or return shipping fees. However evidences such as pictures and videos of the package and item will be requested to validate the refund claim. A full or partial refund will be offered based on the loss to the customer.

In the event of a refund claim  is not adequately validated through images and videos, the product should be returned to and once a thorough inspection has been carried out by the UNIQUES Staff for any damages. If any damages have been caused during custody of the customer, the refund request will be voided.

Refund method

  • Refund via Cash
    • Cash refund will be issued after product inspection is successful.
  • Refund via Card
    • If paid via card, refund will be transferred back to card.
    • Delivery charge will not be refunded
    • Refund will be affected to your card within 10 working days.
    • Please note that refunds can only be made back to the card used to make the payment. Please check your statement after 7 to 10 working days to find your refund. If the refund doesn’t appear after 10 days, please email us immediately to
  • Refund via Bank Deposit 
    • Bank refund will be issued after product inspection is successful.

NO refund will be issued for any reason other than reasons listed above.

If UNIQUES asked to return the product for a refund or exchange, following conditions will be applicable.

Return product to store

  • You may return it to our store personally or via courier
  • The product should be brand new, unused and in its original packing. (We will not accept return otherwise)

Return via Delivery

  • We will arrange pickup for the item you hold. It should be in its original packing and unused condition. (Used items will not be accepted).
  • Once the product is picked up and returned to our store, we will inspect the product for the condition.
  • If the criteria is passed, we will refund the amount to you..
  • Up and down courier charges will be borne by customer.
  • These courier charges will be different & higher to the amount usually charged at the checkout page.

NO returns or refund will be accepted for change of mind.
